• Ability to speak, understand, read and write in the English language
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations
• Be of good health and physically able to mop, sweep, wipe tables and wash pots in deep sinks
• Be able to lift 30 pounds alone
• Ability to follow oral instructions
