• Ability to speak and understand the English language
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment
• Ability to properly handle cleaning supplies
• Be able to lift 30 pounds alone
• Ability to work late evening hours
• Ability to follow oral instructions
• Ability to work cooperatively with peers and staff
