POSITION REQUIREMENTS  

      Education:            Paraprofessional Certification Training that meets NCLB requirements 

                                     OR minimum two years of study at institution of higher learning

                                     (48 college hours) and/or Associate Degree required.

      Experience:          Educational Aide experience preferred

      Licenses/Other:   Eligible for state Paraprofessional Certification or such alternatives as may be

                                      acceptable to the district. Documentation of Highly Qualified status required.

ILLUSTRATIVE DUTIES

• Perform clerical duties for the professional staff
• Conduct learning reinforcement activities under the direction of the professional teacher
• Care for the personal, social, educational and health needs as required by professional staff
• Assist with and assume duties that will relieve professional staff
• Other duties as assigned by the principal

2026-27 School Year
